Perinatal & Parenthood
Are you struggling with postpartum depression or prenatal anxiety? As a mother myself, I am especially interested in working with new parents, as well as folks who are pregnant (or trying to become pregnant), by providing a non-judgmental space for anyone experiencing a role transition to safely express the mountain of thoughts and fears, anxieties, and emotions that go alongside those major life changes. I am not exaggerating when I say I get it! Birth trauma, parenting challenges, and managing expectations at home and at work are topics that are usually discussed in this space.

Topics covered during these kinds of sessions often include:
-
Infertility issues
-
Trying to conceive
-
Pregnancy
-
Post-partum support
-
Postpartum Depression (PPD) and Postpartum Anxiety (PPA)
-
Changing roles and dynamics in the home
-
Shifting relationship with spouse or partner
-
Overall sense of “Am I doing this right?”
-
Birthing trauma
